Hi,
We've recently purchased few CMS2K hardware for our CMS (meeting server) cluster deployment.
I've just finished the platform config and assigned mmp interface IP and Application IP to start with.
everything is fine until I discovered that 3 of my servers aren't connecting over ssh/sftp while others are doing fine.
I'm not sure what is restricting here but there's no Firewall or config issue at least. due to this I can not connect to those affected servers and can't upgrade or customize them.
I've tried using Filezilla and winscp but no luck and the connection is refused from server.
tried doing performing configs again, using different username/passwords etc but no help.
anybody faced similar issue or can direct me to some solutions?
the servers shipped with version 2.4 by default and I' trying to upgrade them to 3.0 before clustering.
TIA

Any luck fixing this? I am having the same problem. Ever since upgrading to 3.2, I have lost SSH to one of my CMS VMs while the rest of the VMs running on 3.2 work fine. No firewalls are blocking SSH this this server
