We are currently configured so Jabber for the Windows and the iPhone work through the Expressway E without having to be connected to the company network. Does any know if a device type (CSF) can be configured so that it has to be connected to the corporate network (via VPN) for it to work? We still want the TCT devices to be able to access without the corporate network. The reason is that we found out some employees have found the installer and installed Jabber on their personal computers. Our VPN runs a host checker to verify it is a company computer, and will not let it log in if it is not. I'm not worries about the iPhones as they are enrolled in our MDM and have policies set.
Thanks!

If you're running CUCM 12.x+ you can configure the user profile for MRA to either allow, restrict or deny MRA for desktop clients and mobile clients.

Hi Jaime,
Thank you for your quick response. Unfortunately, we are on 11.5 :(
Thanks!
