Retrieving all conferences using the SOAP Server

Hi there,

we have a Cisco TelePresence Content Server 1st generation that has thousands of recorded conferences which are inaccessible from the SOAP server as it just times out:

Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded

I can get a couple of hundred out before it times out and there is no documentation on how to use the ResultRange parameter. Is it possible to increase the server timeout? Or is it just not possible to find all the recorded conferences using ResultRange? i.e. what is a page? If I ask for 1,100 I get 100 conferences back. If I ask for 2,1000 I get none. Some docs would be helpful
