Hi,
A costumer request : people of a department want to have the same personal contact list or share a contact list with jabber.
Is it possible to do that ?

Only if you configure that on IM&P with the bulk admin -> contact list option, or provide them with a .xml to import the contacts, another alternative if 11.x+ would be to use enterprise groups.

If you would like to create a contact list for all end users then it can be done either using bulk tool or creating an XML file and uploading the same file on each Jabber client:
