SIP: FAILED TO SEND / UNABLE TO CONNECT ERROR

I have a webex sx20 running ce9.14.3. 

Configuring the SIP and h.323 ... 

H.323 registers but SIP does not. 

Error is failed to send  and failed to connect. 

See attached screen shot of my settings.  

I have other systems configured the same working with no issue

The system is working now .. had to reinstall the firmware .. Not sure what caused the problem but the reload did help.

It would be of help if you supply information about what it is registering with?

Sorry about that .. Our WEBEX systems all register with the VCS-C version 12.6.4.
