We have CUCM/IMP 15SU2 and VDI client Version 15.0.0.59289 Build 309289. Whenever we restart xcp router or whole IMP server for power outage, all the pchat rooms for all users are dissapears. We can restore those copying Room JID from IMP servers persisent chat report but this is not the way we can servive doing this in each restart. Any idea what is making this issue? We are using MS SQL for extranal database and connectivity has no issue.
