When provisioning a desk phone with Spark, and you add a second extension to the phone, there does not appear to be a way to configure the voicemail box for that second extension. This second extension is not a shared line and is not the primary extension for any user.
According to the documentation, you need to set the voicemail PIN from my.ciscospark.com, however the option to reset the PIN is only for the primary extension.
Is this "feature by design" and is there a way around not being able to have a secondary extension with voicemail?
