How does Spark handle governmental compliance issues with regards to record keeping?
There are plans to enable flexible retention policies for the history in the rooms to meet retention obligations; however, Cisco Spark is a collaboration tool and not a document/record management system.
The federal folks I work with consider collaboration tools as document/record management systems hence the question.

We are piloting Spark now and retention is a big concern of ours too. I hear features are coming in this area, so hopefully that will be sooner than later.
We are also concerned about the lack of visibility or control over our internal users adding externals to Spark rooms.
