Can we register Spark Room Kit Plus on Microsoft Office 365 over Wifi Network?

If not any VC endpoint (any OEM) which can do the same i.e. work over Wifi and register on Office 365?

Cisco endpoints, such as the Spark Room Kit Series, can register to any standards-based call control server that supports either H323 or SIP such as: CUCM, VCS, 3rd party call control, or Spark. If you purchased the Room Kit via MSRP pricing, than you can register it to Cisco Spark, but if purchased via GPL pricing, than you can register it to CUCM, VCS, 3rd-party call control.

So 3rd party call control (Microsoft office 365) will be supported? Is there any document or link related to it?

Microsoft isn't considered a third-party call control, as they're not standards-based because they their own SIP variant. So it won't be possible to register a standards-based Cisco endpoint directly to Microsoft. You'll need an VCS/Expressway with Microsoft Interoperability key, or Cisco Meeting Server to interwork the video between the two video environments.
