Hi
I have this Environment
jabber 9-0-4 install on win 7 32 bit
cucm 8.5
unity
presence 8.6-4
unified communication is work- i recievd all my voice massages in the mail (exchange 2010)
the problem is that i can't see in my jabber the voice massages .
i config mailstore in the presence .the account in the exch is with permission view .
Because the unity works in mapi and the presence work imap i open the port related imap and open the service in the exchane for imap .
after read in cisco doc i can't now what to do next to solve it .
can someone help my

Hi,
Is this Unity or Unity Connection? I believe Jabber for Windows only does imap to unity connection.

thk it is unity (not a Unity Connection) . jabber works only imap. i think the Solution is in the exchange.
I need indicating on the jabber for a voice massage.
