Tabs missing for chat-voice messages-calls-recent emails

I took this screenshot from a video showing off Jabber 9.1 for Windows.

I dont have any of these tabs (Chat, voice messages, calls, recent emails)

Where would I look to find how to enable this?

I don't think any of that never made it to Jabber 9.1

I have it in my lab and I don't see any of that.
