Tomcat and Jabber

Hello

Can anyone knows the interactions between TOMCAT service on the CUPS and Jabber client Login ?

For one week, I have to restart the Tomcat service in the CUPS because I have no access to the Web CUPS publisher page, my monitoring tool can not find the cluster and so on.

The problem is that the users can not be logged until the Tomcat service is restarted.

could you explain me why ? I think the jabber client login procedure reach the tomcat but I did not find a documentation.

Hi

Sounds like your tomcat service is failing - usually that's down to a memory leak somewhere and requires that you upgrade your server.

Have you checked the tomcat logs when it fails?

thx for your answer.

In fact we checked our logs and found nothing nor heap files. We have a Cisco Case opened for this.

This happened every day for 4 days. it seems that now it is stable until the next time.

Cisco said that our version should not have the problem and they try to find why it happened.

We are waiting for a Cisco feedback.
