We have enabled Webex calling unified CM solution for our jabber user. Now we need to track how many users are actively using webex app for calling instead of jabber, Is there any dashboard available in the control hub to see the webex app usage ?. or is it possible to generate a report of webex logged-in users from Cucm?.
In CUCM, we can see the registration status of CSF profiles but that doesn't tell us whether the user is using Jabber or webex, or else we need to open each profile to confirm by checking load info.
We see the real-time data of webex usage in rtmt but looking for a report.
