Hi,
We have problem to play recordings.
We are using on premise Webex CWMS 2.5ver, 250 user.
Our NFS storage server OS is Windows server 2012 ver.
We were using NFS system well, but someday Strorage had problem, so we copyed NFS connected folder to another place, re-installed OS, and pasted that folder again.
After that, we can record, and play new recording files, but unable to play old recordings.
(I guess it might have someting with folder permission, cause new files have permission like S-1-5-1-XXXX but not old files)
I heard that when Linux server try to access Windows server by NFS, the first time they make file or folder, windows server give permission to that Linux server. and because our storage OS had re-installed, we lost those permissions. We tried to give permission again by doing mount process again, but it didn't work.
We want to restore those permission to play old recordings.
Is there anyone knows about it?

Hi,
There may be possibility to address this directly from CWMS CLI and editing the ownership and permissions of the files on the NFS mount that way.
Please, open a TAC case, as TAC engineers are the only ones that can access CWMS CLI using Remote Support Account.
Kind regards,
-Dejan
