Unable to see other participants & view and share the screen

Hi, 

I can't see another participants even though they are with their video-on. Also, they can't see me even though I have my video-on. I am able to listen and be heard.

I think this is related to another problem: I am not able to share my screen nor seeing the shared screen from others. 

I have tried this in my house, and I do not have this issue... but when I come to the office, this problems come again. Also, another members of my team (that have MacBook, as me) have the same problem; but when we connect from another computer (Windows), we do not have this problem. 

Do you know what may be causing this issue?
