Unity Connection 11.5 prevent user from deleting voicemails

We need to be able to prevent a user from deleting voicemails in event of a legal hold. Is there a way to prevent a user from deleting a voicemail? Or moving deleted items into a separate folder for storage?

I've already built a no-aging message policy and increased the mailbox storage size.

I’m not aware of a way to do this natively in CUC; however, Donoma Message Vault does this.
