I'm configuring SpeechView with Google UM. There are some random users who are reporting that they're not getting the transcriptions. It's 100% reproducible. There doesn't seem to be any pattern to which users are experiencing the issue, but those that are impacted get zero transcriptions. Their class of service is correct and has it enabled, and the SpeechView reports show that the transcriptions are all successful. Has anyone run into this, and/or have any ideas? I'm waiting for the RTMT logs as well as access to the contract so I can raise a case, but thought I'd post here in the meantime.

To be clear, the impacted users get the UM email, but without the transcription.
