URL link to force call

Hi. We are using cicso jabber in our company. We are wondering if it is possible to use url links in messages that would lead to phone call. For example in Outlook you can type: "mailto:peter.smith@gmail.com" and by clicking on it automatically you open new mail to Peter Smith. So, is it possible to do something similar in Jabber? eg. call:Peter.Smith

Hi there,

You may try tel:{phone number}  or  tel:{user URI}.

This works for us on Jabber (tested with Jabber v11.9 and v12.1), it will trigger Jabber to ask if it needs to call this.
