Hi Community.
We're sussesfull using Jaber for IPhone and Jabber for Android. And we use too Jabber for Windows for chatting and with the Deskphone. But our sales man want to use use Jabber for Windows with his Laptop and the conected headset in his home office. He want to use Windows for Jabber as a softphone.
But if he tries to dial a number from his jabber for windows, allways the deskphone rings. But he want to use jabber for windows for dialing of numbers.
What did i wrong ? I followed following guides, but without any luck.
https://supportforums.cisco.com/thread/2161813
And i created too a CCMCIP profile.
But how should Jabber for Windows know which device he has to use. Is there a dropdown menu in Jabber for windows with which i can select the associated device ?
Thanks and kind regards Patrick

If properly configured, you should have an icon at the bottom which allows you to choose either Use my computer for Calls, or Use my phone for calls.
Have you configured the CSF device in CUCM??
Does it show as registered??
