VCS INVALID COOKIE LOGIN ISSUE

Running VCS Exp - C  version 15.6.4

Logged into the server and had a blank web page and could not get to any settings ..   Performed a restart and after about 25 minutes tried to login and got login expired invalid cookies. 

I am able to SSH into the server using the root login.  I looked at the file sizes and none are at 100 percent.   

How do I fix the invalid cookie error and be able to log into the server via the browser? 

Any assistance is appreciated.

Howdy Chet.  Here is an old thread on a similar issue.  Not sure if you tried this already or not but seems to be similar to what you are experiencing.  Hope this helps.
