Hi,
Is it possible to do video conferencing on jabber for iPad by using PVDM3 on ISR G2 router as the conferencing resource?

If registered to CUCM (not VCS) sure. The Jabber client doesn't know the type of conference bridge it is attached to. Just be sure that the dspfarm profile is configured with a resolution and frame rate supported by the client.
