Voicemail notifications not coming through outlook

Hello,

Few users have reported voicemail emails not coming through Outlook anymore.

I've tried to clear previous messages, re-create user profile in unity also checked all below steps:

++ Checked general SMTP server configuration. >> all good

++ Checked DNS, NTP, and cluster status from CLI. >> all good

++ Checked Notification device for an affected user>> enabled for SMTP

Collected Notifier and SMTP logs and found the error "SMTP Smart Host Not set for the Server. Moving message to bad mail folder">> Added the SMTP IP address under Smart Host field and restarted "Connection SMTP Server" services.

 

Collected RTMT logs again and found the message has been delivered to user but user hasn't received any email (checked junk folder too). However user is WFH and she can see the voicemail on her Jabber device but nothing on outlook.


Any help regarding this would be appreciated!! Thanks
