Im running unity 11.5 and I'm new to voicemail to email messaging. We are using the voicemail message to email. My company is changing there email. We are integrated with AD. What is recommended to change on Unity side for email? Should i export all users and change it then import it back? Is there a simpler way?

I would think that after the AD change you can just resync LDAP in Unitiy

Are you using CUC’s Single Inbox feature or just an SMTP Notification or Relay Message action?
If the former you need to qualify and configure whatever the new email platform is appropriately.

If the later you just need to update the SMTP Smarthost and ensure it’s configured to accept unautgenticated relay from CUC.
