We have Webex Meeting Center with Personal Rooms. I've integrated with Outlook using the Webex productivity tools and Outlook pluging. When scheduling Webex meetings we normally schedule from within Outlook. When sending out a meeting request I would like the Conference Call Number and PIN to be displayed in Location field of the email.
I understand it should be an email template from within the Webex Admin settings, but I have been unsuccessful in making it work.
