WEbEx Gray Screen on Sharing.

several users in a meeting Host is sharing screen. most everyone can see the meeting. a few users see only gray screen. verified apps are installed. did had to update java, for whatever reason. Any idea's?

Hi Pharden,

Do you have this problem when host use to share Application Sharing features? Or the other way around where they use My Screen/desktop sharing to share?

There was a defect CSCus22895  where shared screen become black when annotating in Full Screen Mode.

I have tried the Meeting Services Removal Tool
