Hi there, we are trying to integrate with Canvas, we add the LTI all is fine and the integration works and you can create a meeting. But when you host a meeting it opens a separate browser window with the following URL format:
IT firsts opens a window with this url format: https://lti.educonnector.io/webex/meetings/1486/host/submit which redirect to an url like this : https://xxx.webex.com/xxx/p.php?AT=LI. This always redirect to an error page :
https://xxx.webex.com/cmp3300/webcomponents/widget/invaliddomain.do
Error: The URL's domain has been blocked. Contact your site administrator for more details.
We found some online documentation on the error and have added the url to the domain section in the webex admin section, but the error still persists. Does anyone have any ideas ?
Many thanks John

Hi John
we are experiencing the exact same problem at the moment but with Moodle.
Did you ever find a solution?
Many thanks

Hi John,
we've figured it out (thanks to the Cisco Webex Support).
Follow this instruction https://help.webex.com/en-us/WBX91755/Error-The-URL-s-domain-has-been-blocked-Contact-your-site-administrator-for-more-details and add the following URL: lti.educonnector.io
For us it did the trick!
All the best
Jurek
