I tried to upload a video file which is 4:3 aspect ratio  as "file sharing". However,  it looks shrunken when i shared it with participants. I believe this aspect ratio is not fit to webex file sharing. Could anybody let me know what is the best aspect ratio when uploading and sharing a video file? I'd really appreciate your help.

Hi Grace,

16:9 is the best aspect ratio for file sharing in WebEx since most of the attendees viewing the WebEx are doing so on a widescreen monitor (either 16:9 or 16:10). Most videos nowadays are in widescreen but most PPT files are still in 4:3 since powerpoint defaults to that size when creating a new file.
