I would like to know if this is possible. I create a webex meeting invite in outlook and add a contact email (example joe@domain.com) then I would like it to automatically add a room resource to the invite. I don't want to manually add the room resource in this case. Reason being this room resource is solely used by one person for his meetings.
Also this room resource is a DX80 setup in the Webex Portal with Office 365 integration for OBTP.
Any ideas to point me in the right direction would be helpful.
Thank you

There is a way; however, to my knowledge Cisco never intended this to work. Because of that I have always resisted configuring it for users: if it breaks, then I’m in trouble.
Configure the Hybrid Calendar Connector, if you haven’t already, and set the user’s email address on that place instead of a room resource mailbox.
The assumption is that the connector doesn’t really care/understand what type of mailbox it’s looking at, only that there is a calendar, a meeting scheduled, and it contains Webex details in the body.. so it pushed OBTP to the endpoint.

I tried it and it did not work. I actually tried it twice once before I posted here in the community then after you posted it.
