hi , we have an issue when using webex app in our environment to playback recordings. WE get the following message
Cannot play recording - The recording cannot be played becuase the format is not supported.
However if i login to one of our pc's then i can play the same recording back fine .
I believe citrix is not allowing access to file/ directory which is stopping the playback.
Has anyone seen something simliar or know what the player needs to run ?
