WebEX Prod Tools e-mail check

Hi,

With the CWMS release 1.5 and LDAP integration a new question arouse in one specific deployment.

How can e-mail check be disableed for WebEX PT so users could sign-in with their sAMAccountName instead of e-mail?

Basically, I have to say this check it is not required at all - it prevents users from singing in to WebEX when sAMAccountName attribute has been selected as a primary attribute instead of mail attribute in CUCM.

E.g. users want to authenticate with sAMAccountName to Jabber for Windows and to WebEX Prod Tools.

Please, advise how to overcome this limitation in Webex PT application.

CWMS does not support signing in using anything other than email-id/pwd. As also does the endpoints like mobile and PT that support CWMS.
