WebEx Productivity Tools/One-click integration with Outlook 2013

Hello,

We have WebEx meeting center and the Productivity tools hosted through the Cisco Cloud.  We are trying to integrate the Productivity tools to our Outlook 2013 but if you click on Edit WebEx Settings and go to the Tools tab (in the Cisco WebEx One-click), everything is grayed out.  How is the tool integrated with Outlook?  This is on a Windows 8.1 machine.

Same as previous versions, but for me version 29.13.10.10170 will make outlook freeze if the webex plugin/add-in is enabled.. has done this on 2 different pc's no answer found yet.
