I keep getting notices to update my WebEx Productivity tools. What needs updating is the PT update process. After wading through a dozen clicks then having to shutdown the app that was displaying the convoluted instructions, I punted having wasted more time than the savings provided by PT. If this is that important, please streamline the update process (start by giving me a direct link to the instructions in the email). Remember, there are 80k + employees that are being "unproductive" wading through this unnecessarily obtuse process. Computers can make or break productivity depending how much effort those deploying the apps are willing to invest.
