My customer have webex 2.7.1.12.B-AE
When he shared a screen in meetings and played video/song from his computer / Youtube The participants can see the video very well but it without sound,
someone encountered this problem before?
I saw on the Collaboration Help Page that I could play video through "Multimedia Viewer".
in the latest Ver of Webex - 3.X The feature is supported?
