Many users need to send documents , mssage to restricted community to which they do not belong but system prohibit this as they are not member

We have very often the case when a guest speaker , an expert from one division need to share material with a team community, Management community that is restricted , this is not possible for the moment and very annoying

Hello Marc,

You can share posts with any community as long as you are a member (open or restricted communities)

Some best practice that I've seen in these cases:

Guest speaker

• Guest speaker creates a post with the content and shares this post with his/her contact who is part of the (restricted) target community.
• This contact (member of the target community) can share it with that community.

Starting with organizer (easiest?)

• Organizer creates post, shares it with the target community and invites the guest speaker with edit-rights.
• Guest speaker can add content, files, etc
