Hello Community,
My end users experience issues with Webex Teams App on mobile phones ringing forever. Hybrid Environment is deployed with local on premise Hybrid Calls Expressway cluster and all connectors work just fine. Affected users utilize iPhone 7 and 8 with Webex Teams Version 3.11 and 3.12. Samsung Android users with Webex Teams App for Mobile devices appear to have no issues.
Anybody with similar issues?

Hi.
I got similar issue with IPhone, TAC said it is the defect on the iOS client. There should be a fix pushed for the client 25 October.
Bug CSCvm86179.
I did test yesterday and it seems to work fine. Check you have the latest Webex Teams IOS and try again ....
