Webex Teams with native Mac Calendar?

Is there a way to set preferences for Webex Teams to open/create calendar tasks in the native/default calendar on a Mac?  It currently tries to launch Outlook when I try to Schedule a meeting from within a space.

There is no standard way for us to cross launch to the default calendaring app.  Depending on what the user is configured for in Control Hub we cross launch to Outlook or Google Calendar.  There is no standard calendaring protocol handler that allows us to cleanly cross launch to the users default calendaring app.  In the future we want to move away from cross launching to something more native.
