Did you try with hostname of webex site and do you get a different error?
What version of CWMS you are using?

Hi Marvin,
Please follow below doc to configure CWMS and Jabber to this integration to work:
based on above messages seems that you have not configure conferencing profile on Jabber/CUP server, if you have done so please make sure to assing this profile to your end user in Jabber/CUP server and then try to re-configure on Jabber client.
