When user leaves a voicemail in Jabber it is showing incorrect callerID

Hello,

   I am running into a situation that when a person calls and leaves a voicemail the callerID for the voicemail shows up as the incorrect user in Jabber. The recent calls shows the correct name but the message left has the incorrect name. This is only happening for users in a certain group, When I try to reproduce on my Jabber the voicemail caller ID is correct. What would cause this? I tried to delete the user from the outlook cache also.
