Installed spark on a new Windows 7 install. The client gives a "cisco spark has stopped working" during the "Loading User Info" section.

Dennis I will have someone from dev team to take a look at your logs, what is the best email to get back to you? You can either email me miro@cisco.com or use spark in browser or mobile client and send me spark message.

Can you please also provide some info about your hardware? Are you running in virtual environment? Do you have any special configuration settings in your environment for application or user account settings? Is your .net framework working or if not, can you try to repair it? I think best would be to contact me via spark or email.

Thanks

-miro

Looks like the issue was the result of a lock up during installation. I had to delete the HKCU/software/Cisco registry key as it had become corrupted and could not add a spark key.

So you have it resolved now? That is good to hear.
