Part of our business have a requirement to record WebEx sessions and then convert them to a format that other players can read. This is usually done using the Editor, but recently we've had an error:
"The Webex Recording Editor version you are using is older than the version required to edit this file".
We are currently on version 33.7.1.15.
When discussing this with our Webex support contact they said it was a known bug that Cisco were working to correct but as of now it seems there's still no fix. The bug ID was CSCvi57066
The "workaround" is to use Network Recording instead, but this is considerably more expensive.
Is there any other way to convert these files?
