Your username and Password is not correct.

My company took over another company.  They have CUCM 9.1. We are already running CUCM 10.5 and IMP 10.5.  Recently we synced LDAP between the CUCM servers. So, all end users in the their cucm is now in our cucm too.

Now they want to have Jabber through our IMP server. So I added UC services and service profile to their CUCM.

UC services have - Directory and Voicemail pointed to their servers, while CTI and IMP pointed to our servers.

Now, when I am trying to login to jabber using their end user (while selecting advance settings, IMP server and pointing to our sever), I am getting Your username and Password is not correct. 

Did I miss any steps, which needs to be done ?

OK, do you still have two clusters?? or one cluster??

You cannot reference another CUCM server or IM&P in the UC services of a cluster, if that's what I think you said you're doing. Those need to be the servers of the same cluster.

You said you synced LDAP, so, does that mean that the LDAP team migrated everyone to the same domain and/or forest?? or are those still different forests and you're doing LDS??
