Cisco should build block call features into the CCM Console or phone device level. The users should be able to control number blocking at the front end level. This is a feature that many may be interested in with latest release. The current process is a burden to the administrator as the number list increases daily.
Whitelist/Blacklist feature in the Ironport would be a great lateral move for CUCM equipment whether that is via web console or Device side.
