Firstly you need to enable the following Traces Level
SS_CM: XDebug1
SS_RM: XDebug1
SS_TEL: XDebug1
ENG: XDebug1
Increase 'Maximum number of files' in screen above. Reboot the cluster during the bug CSCvv68389.
Setup scheduling logs collection to external SFTP server.
Start the 'UCCX Script Translator' (attached to this blog page). Upload the MIVR logs. Be patient, it take some time to parse it.
You may use the 'Search' field to find the phone number, double click it and in the right side you'll get the full script flow.
