IP Calls to remote site are not working with 8945 and working properly with 7821

Dears ,

       I have a strange issue regarding to calls through sip trunk configured on CME and remote site with CUCM ,

When iam trying make an internal call XXXX from my site to the remote site from phone 7821 , the call is working fine but whan iam trying to call the same extension but from 8945 phone the call is not working at all and i can n't even hear the ring tone .

My extension is 4207

My CME IP : 10.117.11.10

Remote Site Extension is 7604

Remote CUCM IP : 172.18.252.11
