Now you can view Customer Analytics on a single dashboard. More customer information is readily available including packages, number of customers and number of users at each customer.

The new dashboard makes it easy for partners to see all customer package assignments in one dashboard. Previously, partners had to go to each customer’s dashboard within Control Hub to learn these metrics. Now the dashboard displays a summary of package assignments across all the customers that you as a partner have on Webex. Partner Hub Analytics accumulates information for customers with Broadworks and Webex for Wholesale packages.

Webex Partner Hub analytics makes it easy to select the information you want to see. Within the dashboard, administrators can filter on customers and packages. Filtering on a specific customer provides information about that customer’s users and packages. Filtering on packages displays customers with the chosen package.

Is there any setting or role required to be able to access the analytics?

Currently, I do not see it when accessing the partner hub..

Same here, from the partner hub I don't see the analytic
