Customer received error in the morning that they could not record sessions because the storage was full. After they deleted approximately 40 recordings, and tried to record again in the afternoon - they still received the error: Webex Recorder Error..You cannot record on the server because you have exceeded the recording storage allocation for your site...
Not sure why we are getting this error when we have deleted existing recordings? Is there a delay from the time you delete and the server updates?
