What version of WebEx do I need to allow me to use Laptop microphone and speakers to record a training session? I do not have a phone available in class. I have tried ciscosales and ciscosupport sites. I appreciate your feedback. Thank you!

What WebEx server are you accessing for the video clip? I tried ciscosales and ciscosupport and did not receive the same results. WebEx auto does not permit VoIP. I had to select VoIP only. Is there another WebEx server that I should be using?
