Has anybody tried 3G-324M Gateway for video calls?
I have got two scenarios to try out with this 3G gateway
1) Video calls from 3G enabled mobile handset to cisco 7985 video extension (DID in 3G Gateway)
2) Calling IVR (Cisco CVP) from 3G enabled mobile handset (don't know whether to make call as a video call or voice call), then transfers the call an agent extension (video phone). At this point the video should get established between an agent and customer.
- Dont know how it works!!!
w.r.t point 1, it is working only in Sony mobile. From other phones (Nokia e72, Samsung galaxy..), if I make a video call to that DID the video is not getting established.
