Hello,
Does somebody knows if the setForward() method is supported when the CUCM Publisher is down ?
From CUCM 7.1, I guess, it is possible to set forward all from the SoftKey while the publisher is down. Although, it does not work from AXL SOAP command.

Callforwarding is designed to work temporarily with the Publisher down, and forwarding configuration will be replicated up to the Publisher and down to the other nodes when communication is restored. I would expect this to work via CTI in the same way that it works on the phone.
