hello,
E20 is compatible with OCS and the mediation server (telephony IP) ?
We have a E20, a OCS server, a OCS Mediation server and a SIP gateway for the mediation server (Dialogic)
When a voice call arrives on the E20, the E20 rings but if it wins the e20 hangs.
the video call to the clients MOC (microsoft office communicator) work.
how to use the telephony features of the E20 with OCS?

your question is unfortunately outside the scope of where we are able to provide you with a good answer to your question.
